SME IPOs Also in Focus

Along with the five mainboard issues, a few SME IPOs are scheduled to open or remain open during the week, including Fascinate Textiles and Pramodini Medicare (opening around August 11–14). These smaller issues typically attract strong retail interest due to higher subscription multiples in recent months.

8 Listings Scheduled

The secondary market will also stay active. Several companies that closed their issues earlier are expected to list next week. Key tentative listing dates include:

  • Anawil Wire & Engineering and a few other SMEs around August 10–11
  • Ardee Industries around August 12
  • Technocraft Ventures and LEAP India around August 14
  • Molbio Diagnostics and Dhoot Transmission on August 17
  • Milky Mist Dairy Food on August 18
  • Shiprocket and Behari Lal Engineering on August 19

Exact dates can shift slightly based on final allotment and regulatory clearances.

Grey Market Trends

Grey market premiums (GMPs) have been positive for most of the larger issues. Dhoot Transmission and Molbio Diagnostics have been commanding relatively stronger premiums in unofficial trade, while Milky Mist and Shiprocket are also seeing healthy interest. GMPs fluctuate daily and should not be treated as a guarantee of listing gains.

What Investors Should Keep in Mind

The week offers a mix of sectors — dairy, diagnostics, auto components/transmission, logistics, and engineering. Investors should carefully read the Red Herring Prospectuses, evaluate business models, financials, valuations, and use of proceeds before applying. Market conditions, overall sentiment, and subscription trends will play a key role in listing performance.

Stay tuned for subscription updates, allotment status, and final listing prices as these issues progress through the week.
